James 1:14 ESV "But each person is tempted when he is lured and enticed by his own desire."I sat trying this one and that one but had no bites! Today's verse shares were the temptation comes from, it is our own desires! I had a tackle box full of lures and began to cast this one and that one thinking that I knew what the fish would bite on. I was choosing my lures based upon what I thought the fish would bite on but then along came a young boy who cast his line out and caught a big bass right where I was. I asked him what lure he was using, he simply said "worms, it's what they like!". I thought to myself, here was I casting what I wanted to cast instead of thinking what they wanted!  Many times our own desires will lure us away from what God wants. Let's be careful in what we desire, it could lead to an empty bucket! peace, tom
