1 Thessalonians 4:13 NASB  "But we do not want you to be uninformed, brothers and sisters, about those who are asleep, so that you will not grieve as indeed the rest of mankind do, who have no hope."I had to keep reminding myself of the hope found in Christ! Today we read about the difference of having hope and having no hope when it comes to the death of a loved one! The first notification came by text message and then the next one via social media! Two friends of mine have gone on to be with Jesus and if it wasn't for the hope found in Christ, that I will see them again, I'm not sure how I'd be! Death comes when we least expect it, it comes like a thief in the night. The only sure way of getting through the pain of loosing someone we love is to have hope in Christ. That the Words of the Bible are true, for those who know Christ, there is eternal life and we will see them again. I do not grieve as the world grieves but rejoice for my friends are with Jesus and I will see them again. The question for today is.. do you know Jesus so we can see each other on the other side of this life? peace, tom
