Today 7-29-2021

1 Peter 2:9 NASB "But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, so that you may proclaim the excellencies of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;"He couldn't understand what I was trying to say to him! Today we read about being part of God's own possession, and part of many wonderful things! As the conversation continued, I tried to tell him that at this point in my life, things were going well. Sure I had a few struggles here and there but when I gave my life to Christ, really started living for Him, my life took on a different look. Most people have this idea that life with Christ is all struggles, problems, and confusion but nothing is further from the Truth. We will encounter those things but with Christ, we can get through them. There is a life with Christ, where we walk in blessings for we are a chosen people, members of His Royal priesthood, God's own possessions and He has called us out of the darkness and the Light is truly marvelous!
