Today 7-15-2020

Romans 15:5 (NASB) "Now may the God who gives perseverance and encouragement grant you to be of the same mind with one another according to Christ Jesus,"Neither one of us had to say a word, we knew what to do and worked together liked a fine oiled machine!  Having worked together for years, we both knew each other's practices, so when it came to work, things went well because we were on the same page! Today's verse speaks about perseverance and encouragement and being of the same mind! Have you ever seen a pair of draft horses when they are not hook up to the wagon, they stand together in the open field for they are a team, having the same mind set! Working together, whether it's men on the job, people sharing Christ, husbands and wives, pastors and church boards, we should all be of the same mind set! My dad and I have fished together for so long that he doesn't have to tell me when to get the net for the big fish, I just know because we have the same mind set, maybe it's time we start working together instead of working for ourselves, we may just net more fish for Christ, just sayin! peace, tom
