Today 7-11-2022

Jeremiah 31:25 NASB "For I give plenty of water to the weary ones, and refresh everyone who languishes."It's funny how we remember it! Today's verse speaks of refreshment of those who are weary! One of my daughters and I love today. It's 7/11 which means it's free Slurpee day at Seven Eleven stores. I am not sure how we got started doing it but we love to go and get that free small cup of refreshment! There's nothing like being refreshed, whether it's time away from our busy schedules or a quick vacation on the sand or even just time sitting quietly, we will come away refreshed. That's why I love God's Word, no matter what is going on in my life, I can count on His Word to bring refreshment to my soul. Sometimes it's just a simple verse like today's that can make me remember the blessings of God. And His Word is always free, we don't have to wait for some specific day!!!
