Today 6-8-2021

Genesis 2:15 ESV "The Lord God took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to work it and keep it."Maybe it's me but if you pay a man to stay home, he will stay home! Today's verse shares the first time man was to work, it started with the first man, Adam and continues on today! Nothing satisfies a man's heart more than hard work, theres nothing like standing back and looking at what you accomplished by working hard. For some today, they find satisfaction in staying at home as they get paid but the reality is that slowly their manhood is being replaced by the sluggard attitude and that can never be a good thing. God has called us men to work, to take care of His World until Jesus returns! The question for today is... are you working or laying around - one is hard and one is easy but the rewards differ greatly! Let's get out there and work for Him! peace, tom
