Colossians 3:13 NASB "bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, whoever has a complaint against anyone; just as the Lord forgave you, so must you do also."It can be that easy! Today's Word is about forgiveness, bearing with one another even when they complain about you! His words hurt but I needed to let it go. I ran into an old friend who said some things about me in the past, that just weren't true. I could have made an issue about them but I decided to let them go.  We ran into each other again and he was shocked that I even wanted to talk to him after what he said. He asked why, which gave me the opportunity to tell him how I had been forgiven by God and that I forgave him. We talked awhile, and left on better terms. Never forget to give forgiveness an opportunity to bring unity rather than discord. Remember what God did for us in forgiving our sin! He sent Jesus to the Cross, the least we can do is forgive what others say about us! peace, tom
