Today 3-7-2023

John 14:14 NASB "If you ask Me anything in My name, I will do it."I will be there! Today's Word is about asking, and knowing He will do it! When the call came in from one of my daughters who needed help, I quickly said "I"ll be there!" I learned it from my dad who was always there when I needed him, no matter how old I was. Each of my daughters know without a shadow of a doubt, that if they need me, I'll be there. Knowing that Christ will be there and do it when we call upon His Name is a comforting thought. And not just a comforting thought but a reality. The key is whether or not we are calling upon Him?! Sometimes my daughters didn't get what they wanted but what they needed, big difference. Christ will always give us what we need and not necessarily what we want. Let's make sure when we call upon His Name, it's what the will of God is and not our will! peace, tom
