Today 12-1-2023

2 Corinthians 5:17 NASB "Therefore if anyone is in Christ, this person is a new creation; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come." This time it was going to be different! Today's Word speaks of being a new creation but the key is "in Christ"!  I told myself time and time again that this time was going to be different! I was going to do it differently but before you knew it I was right back at it again. The key of repeating the same thing over and over was that I was trying to do it in my own strength which wasn't enough! If I was going to get by the anger issues, I needed a higher power. That higher power is Jesus Christ. Once I gave my life over to Him, things began to change. No matter how long we struggle with something, we can become that new creation found in today's verse by being in Christ! Not just saying the words but really living Christ. This time it was different for me and can be for you too! Be in Christ! peace, tom
