Isaiah 40:29 NASB "He gives strength to the weary,
And to the one who lacks might He increases power."I just heard about a new thing, it's called Covid Fatigue! People have become fatigued with the disease and with all the restrictions being thrown at us and some have become to give in and give up! Today's Word shares where we can find the strength to keep on going, to find peace amid the chaos, to find rest when we become weary in life. I am not sure what time it was but I knew that we had been fighting the fire for hours. Most of those with me were getting to the point of exhaustion and yet we continued on knowing that we needed to get the fire out. I couldn't help but think that in those days I was putting the fire out and these days, I am fanning the flame to keep it going and the best place to go is Christ. Let us not grow weary but encourage each other to keep on keeping on! Find strength in Christ these days and fan the flame to help those in need! peace, tom
