Luke 15:7 NASB "I tell you that in the same way, there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous people who have no need of repentance."You could see the joy we felt! Today's verse is simply the Truth over one person coming to know Jesus and how much joy there will be in heaven when that happens! We stopped CPR when our officer said "we have a pulse!". What joy there was as we helped get him into the ambulance to go to the hospital for further care. The faces of his family were filled with tears of joy, and even the faces of the guys on the crew were full of joy for this man who wasn't breathing was breathing on his own! We don't really talk about life after death, but we will all face it, and if we repent of our sin, and call Jesus our Savior and Lord, we will spend eternity with Him. It is so wonderful that even those in heaven are filled with joy! If you or someone you know, doesn't know that joy by knowing Jesus, reach out to someone who knows Him and they will lead you to know Him! Let there be joy in heaven this day!! peace, tom
