Today 11-1-2023

John 10:10 NASB "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came so that they would have life, and have it abundantly."They are running in the background! Today's Word speaks of the thief who comes to steal and kill and destroy! I got the message that there were things running in the background of my computer that were slowly stealing power away from other apps and functions. As I began to investigate, I found that most of them needed to be turned off and removed so that my computer was working at full power. In life, we may become so busy with things running in our background, in our minds, that our focus falls short of full power doing the things that need to be done. Not unlike today's verse that speaks of how satan is running around looking to distract us from the things of God. It's time we delete him and those things that keep us from having the full power of the Holy Spirit! The question is... what do we need to delete in our lives so we can focus on Christ?! peace, tom
