Today 10-23-2023

Ephesians 4:2-3 NASB "with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, being diligent to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace." I was blessed! Today's Word is about being united, being patient, bearing with each other in love. I was blessed to have two opportunities to spend time with family. One gathering was with our church family and the other with friends and family. As I took time to think about both celebrations, I came away blessed by both and the love that we shared. In life, there will be things that can separate us, things that we disagreed with but if we can put those aside, let go of our differences and come together as one, we will come away blessed. I guess the key is having the perspective that life is short and we may not have tomorrow so let us come together, with humility and gentleness like today's verse says. Enjoy the gift of family, whether it's at our church, relatives, and friends and realize that life is short. Be a blessing to someone today! peace, tom
