Ephesians 1:16 NASB "do not cease giving thanks for you, while making mention of you in my prayers;"

They maybe gone, but never forgotten! Today's verse speaks to us about never stopping to give thanks and remembering them in prayer! Although, my parents went to be with Jesus many years ago, I will never forget the many life lessons they taught me. Things like how to care for others, how to love others, how to be honest, a man of integrity, a man who loves Jesus and many more. When I pray, I am always thankful for not only my parents but many who have shared life lessons with me and made me who I am today. Some of the lessons where difficult to learn, tough to get through but I came away with more knowledge than if I didn't have them in my life. Take a moment and thank God for those in our life that have taught us the lessons, willing to speak the Truth into our life, willing to care of us more than we ever thought. Let's be grateful for them and be that way in other's lives! peace, tom
