1 Thessalonians 5:11 NASB "Therefore, encourage one another and build one another up, just as you also are doing." Good job! Today's Word tells us what we should be doing for and with each other. He wasn't sure if he did it correctly and looked with anticipation for some sort of advice. I was hired as a manager and one of the employees was new to the job. After he completed his first assignment, he looked to me for some sort of sign. I replied "Good Job! " and went on to tell him how well he was doing. I could see his face brighten, a smile came were there was concern and he went about the rest of the day with a different attitude! A simple word, a pat on the back, an encouraging smile can help others be encouraged. Let's take the time today to encourage someone and make their smile a little bigger! peace, tom
