Proverbs 16:24 NASB "Pleasant words are a honeycomb, Sweet to the soul and healing to the bones."A simple text can make the difference! Today's Word speaks to us about our words and how a pleasant word can lift someone's spirit! It came at a time when I was struggling, a simple text saying "I'm praying for you! " - They didn't know what I was going through but the Holy Spirit led them to send it. I'm glad they did, for it lifted my spirits and let me know that I wasn't alone in my struggles. People hide the fact that they may be struggling, hurting, trying to find answers and a simple text from a friend can help the pain. Why not take some time today and send a text to the person God has put on your heart - it may just be the thing that heals their soul and let's them know, they are not alone! peace, tom
