1 Thessalonians 5:21 NASB "but examine everything; hold firmly to that which is good"It was a rather simple job! Today's Word is great advice, make sure we not only read it but apply it to our lives! As the products came down the line, I had one simple job - to check and make sure they were made right, if not, I was to throw them away. Some times the line moved slow, so it was easy to find the ones that were wrong but when the line began to move faster, I had to pay closer attention to find the things that were not made right. Life, moving slow, gives us the opportunity to make sure we hold onto the good things, but when life begins to go faster, we must be careful to still examine those things in our life and get rid of the bad! Let's make the right choice, and keep Jesus but get rid of the rest of the idols we have! peace, tom
