Matthew 11:28 NASB "Come to Me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."This day I just sat back and watched! Today's Word is about rest for the weary and burdened. There are times when life gets so busy, so many appointments, so many things to get done, that we miss the occasions to sit back and rest. I got up early, grabbed my Bible and sat outside and just watched the sun rise. I didn't worry about what I had to do that day, or that week, or that month but simply sat back and enjoyed what God did everyday, a beautiful sunrise. There were too many days where I missed His sunrise but this day, I took it all in. I felt refreshed, renewed and ready to start my day. Too often we miss the occasions to sit back and rest a bit. Maybe today is your day to sit back for a moment or two and watch - simply watch. We will feel better about going and doing what He has called us to do! peace, tom
