Psalm 50:15 NASB "Call upon Me on the day of trouble; I will rescue you, and you will honor Me."I'd be lying if I said we never have trouble! Today's verse tells us where to go when we are in trouble and He will rescue us! I was a young driver at the time and never saw the patch of ice. As I came around the corner, the car began to slide and the next thing I knew, I had hit a tree. Thank God no one was hurt but the car needed some serious help. I called my dad and within minutes he was there to rescue me and help me as we towed the car back home. In life, we will have trouble, it's inevitable but the key is who do we call when we get into that trouble. I have been blessed with a wonderful dad, some great uncles and some good friends but when the trouble needs more help than them, I call out to God. He will be there in minutes to send the Holy Spirit to help us get through the difficulties - the question for today is - do we call God for help? Maybe it's time we do! peace, tom
