John 20:1 NASB "Now on the first day of the week Mary Magdalene *came early to the tomb, while it was still dark, and *saw the stone already removed from the tomb."Finally the stone was removed! Today's verse shares that the stone holding Jesus in the tomb was removed! The project to put up a fence was going well until... we hit a stone, not an ordinary stone but a large rock right in the path of the fence. We began to dig and the more we dug, the larger the rock was. Finally, we got it out and removed it. In life, there will be stones that block our path - some put there by others, some put there by ourselves - the key to freedom is removing those stones so we can live free in Christ. It may take a lot of digging to get rid of them but once removed, the freedom of the Empty Tomb will begin live in our lives. Remove the stones and find freedom in Christ! peace, tom
