Proverbs 1:5 NASB "A wise person will hear and increase in learning, And a person of understanding will acquire wise counsel,"We are never to old to learn! Today's verse speaks of a wise person still willing to increase our wisdom! As he talked, I wrote down simple words that I would remember what he said. The more he spoke, the more I wrote and when I looked back at my notes, I found more wisdom than I could ever imagined. I had shared before that I love listening to those who have gone before me, I have learned by their mistakes and their victories and the best place to find that wisdom is in God's Word. Let us never be so full of ourselves that we are afraid to learn. Asking God for wisdom is a great place to start learning new things, so take a moment and ask for His Wisdom and then find a mature godly person to listen to, we may just learn a thing or two! peace, tom
