Romans 14:1 NASB "Now accept the one who is weak in faith, but not to have quarrels over opinions." You could see it beginning to brew! Today's verse is rather simple but speaks volumes about how we are to treat those weak in the faith. It began to brew, and I am not talking about the coffee. Sometimes a man's ego gets in the way and makes things go the wrong way. A man came into the fire house, looking for help. One of the guys was willing to help but only if the man did it the way he wanted him to. This began to lead to an argument and at the end of the day, the man left not getting the help he needed. When we let our macho attitude come into play, especially for those in need, we must be careful that we don't cause more problems than solutions. Accepting those weak in faith will go a lot better when we get our opinions out of the way. Let's think like Jesus and act like Him too! peace, tom
