Matthew 25:35 NASB "For I was hungry, and you gave Me something to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave Me something to drink; I was a stranger, and you invited Me in"Sometimes it's not found in the stores, or on Amazon! Today's Word speaks of what we can give that really matters! Sure, the gifts are great, the wrappings look beautiful but sometimes what they need are more important that any store bought gift. I have shared before that when I am out of town at a speaking engagement and I find myself going to a restaurant to eat, I look for the one sitting alone. I ask politely if I may join them and the conversation begins. I eventually pay for their meal and hope that our conversation brings them closer to Christ. They may not come to know Christ then but I have laid the seed. The question for today is... are we sowing seeds of love and compassion?! peace, tom
