Proverbs 1:5 NASB "wise person will hear and increase in learning, And a person of understanding will acquire wise counsel,"What to do next? Today's Word speaks of being a wise person by hearing and understanding thereby we will get wise counsel. It was a dangerous situation as we came up upon the fire building. Flames and smoke poured out of many windows of the five story building. We began to pull hose off the rig and were about to enter the building when the chief arrived and told us to hold back. He had seen the cracks in the building, that eventually led to the collapse of that side of the building. If we had entered, we may not have come out alive. Getting instructions, wisdom, knowledge from others is a blessing and the best place to get that knowledge of our walk with Christ is from God's Word.
