Hebrews 10:36 NASB "For you have need of endurance, so that when you have done the will of God, you may receive what was promised."If it was easy, everyone would be doing it! Today we read that we have the need of endurance! I had agreed to the job, so now I needed to put my words into action. As I stepped down into the flooded basement, I could hardly breath, the stench was overwhelming. I needed to find the floor drain in order to open it up and let the flood waters out, the only problem was that I had no idea where it was. Sometimes we get into situations where we aren't sure where to turn, and we feel like giving up. We shy away from words like commitment, integrity and being men of His Word. When the trouble starts and seems to last forever, we need to endure with the strength found only in our relationship with Christ and the Holy Spirit. I eventually found the drain, and the waters began to recede, so will the difficulties in life if we endure with Him! peace, tom
