Isaiah 9:2 NASB "The people who walk in darkness Will see a great light; Those who live in a dark land, The light will shine on them."Just take a ride and enjoy! Today's verse speaks of a great light - and how when we live in a dark land, a Light will shine on them! They are out there, but if we don't go and see them, we will miss their light. This time of year, people decorate their houses with lights - some with many lights, others with just a few candles in the windows but each are shining a light. One of the things I love to do at this time of year is to go for a ride and just look. The colors, the styles, the many decorations all bring a sense of joy to my life - they will for you too if we take the time to enjoy them. This season, as we wait for the celebration of His Birth, may the Light of Christ shine brightly within us and our families. As John said, I am not the light myself but I came to be a witness to the Light! May we be a witness to the Light of Christ to our family and friends this season! peace, tom
