Isaiah 43:2 NASB "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be scorched, Nor will the flame burn you."Keeping focus despite the struggles! Today's verse is filled with promises from God, that no matter what we face, He will be with us! It was the early morning hours when the alarm went off at the firehouse. We got to the fire building in record time and heard the cries of those in the street that there were people still trapped in the building. Rushing in, we began to search room by room but we didn't find them in time. Dealing with disappointment can be overwhelming, it can cause us to step back and almost become frozen in life but if we keep our eyes focused upon the promises of God, we can make it through. No matter what we face, let's keep our eyes and heart on Him, the Only Way! peace, tom
