James 1:3 NASB "knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance." I had lost count somewhere along the way! Today's Word speaks of understanding that the testing of our faith will give us endurance to keep going! I had set a goal for myself, trying to reach it meant not giving in to the exhaustion, the cramps, the thought of giving up. The more I thought of giving up, the more I pushed on. It was more of a mind game within myself to push on, no matter what! There will be times in our life when the struggle to keep going seems to be overwhelming, but if we think about Christ and His Journey to the Cross, despite the pain, the beatings, the whippings, the Crown of thorns upon His Head, and not to mention the sin of the world, He kept going! The test of His Faith in our Father, the test of His Obedience should be an example to us all, never to give in or give up! Our faith will be tested, the question is...will we endure?! peace, tom
