Philippians 1:6 NASB "For I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work among you will complete it by the day of Christ Jesus."One more try! Today we read about not giving up too early! As the work day was nearing the end, we didn't get the heavy beam in place. We had tried several times but each time we came up short. With only two guys helping, the beam seem too heavy for us but we decided to give it one more try. In life, sometimes we give up right before we would succeed. We may be on the verge of a major breakthrough in our life but sadly we stop short. Giving it one more try may just be the time we find success, we accomplish what we set out to do. With the last ditch effort, we got the beam in place! Walking away, satisfied that we didn't give up. Don't give up, turn to Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit one more try and we can be confident that we gave all we had! peace, tom
