2 Corinthians 5:7 NASB "for we walk by faith, not by sight"It's easier said than done! Today's Word speaks volumes about our faith and not what we see! I went over the numbers time and time again and each time, I came up short with the number of men needed to have a successful conference. I needed at least 1000 men for the event to break even but each time I looked at the registration numbers, we were 500 men short. I thought about canceling the event but deep in my soul, God told me to "walk by faith and not by sight!". Knowing that the event was going to be a financial loss, I still moved ahead and trusted God. The Friday night opening ceremony brought 1500 men! More than we needed to break even. Walking by faith means putting our trust in Him and not what we see. We must increase our faith rather than increase our earthly sight. Trust Him and follow His Plan, it will come out so much better than ours! peace, tom
